Am Donnerstag kam der erste - und bisher einzige – mutmaßliche Komplize des Attentäters von Wien aus der U-Haft frei.
Wie das Nachrichtenmagazin „profil“ in seiner neuen Ausgabe berichtet, wurde der Mann auf Antrag der Staatsanwaltschaft enthaftet.
Begründung: fehlender dringender Tatverdacht.
Rechtsanwalt Nikolaus Rast hatte namens seines Mandanten eine Haftbeschwerde verfasst, die sich durch dessen Enthaftung erledigt hat.
Stunden und Tagen nach dem Terror-Anschlag vom 2. November verhaftete die Polizei ein Dutzend mutmaßliche Komplizen. Weitere Festnahmen folgten.
Beim Oberlandesgericht liegen derzeit noch weitere acht Haftbeschwerden, „über die noch zu entscheiden ist“, wie ein Sprecher gegenüber „profil“ erklärt.
Die Ermittler gehen mittlerweile davon aus, dass der Attentäter K.F. am 2. November zu Fuß aus dem 22. Bezirk in die Innenstadt ging. Dort soll er anschließend noch sein Handy weggeworfen haben.
